Brian Maiorino is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with! Last spring I was looking to buy some land as an Investment property. Brian communicated quickly, sent me a link which showed all the available properties which fit my budget, and matched the criteria I was looking for. When I identified several properties I was interested in, Brian drove an hour from his place of work, and walked all the properties with me (some 5 acres or more). When I located a property I wanted to make an offer on (in Harrison Maine), Brian sent my offer immediately to the selling agent. The property did have some hurdles that needed to be over come before it could be sold. Brian worked with the town of Harrison and the selling realtor to ensure the land was usable and fit my needs. This process went on for several months, and all the while Brian kept me up to date on all matters related to the property. He advocated on my behalf every step of the way, and got me the best deal possible. Brian is an honest and trustworthy individual. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and goes the extra mile to support his clients.
